Notice is hereby given that the 50th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the club will be held at:

on the Tuesday, 24th November 2009 at 7.30pm.

1. Welcome & Apologies
2. Confirm minutes of the 49th Annual General Meeting held on the 15th October 2008.
3. Presidents Report
4. Treasurers Report & Annual Accounts. Receive and consider the Annual Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 September 2009.
5. Election of Office Bearers and Committee for 2010 Season.
6. Any special business of which notice has been given in accordance with the Club’s Rules.
