Welcome to the Wellsmen!!!
The Wellsmen is the newly-created official coterie group of the Old Camberwell Football Club.
The Wellsmen is completely independent of the Club & has been formulated to create business networks,
raise funds & create employment opportunities for the players & our members. More importantly,
there is a big emphasis on having fun as the Wellsmen was born from a group of old footy mates wanting
to catch up & have a good time when doing so.
In addition to the Club's Team of the Century Dinner on 3 April, the Wellsmen have a number of
exciting events planned for 2009 with the emphasis on quality, not quantity! The first official event which
was a Christmas luncheon held at the Amora Hotel was a huge success & as we speak, a Golf Day is being planned for mid-year. Stay tuned!
Close to 80 members have already signed up & with your support, we are hoping to grow this number to 100
prior to the 2009 Season commencing in April. All past players (or current if you're silly enough like me ...),
supporters, friends & family of the Club are welcome & strongly encouraged to join. Membership is only
$100 & will assist the Club greatly as they strive to be in A Grade for the first time ever in 2010.
