Position Descriptions
These Position Descriptions are intended to indicate the general responsibilities and a reference for specific positions within the newly created operational structure for our Club.
This operational structure can only work if our Club can attract people willing to take on responsibilities within a particular area. Moreover, the operational structure will only be effective if those entrusted to work within a particular area are left to do their job and not have their responsibilities interfered with by others.
These Position Descriptions are simply a starting point and they will be amended
and expanded as the people who accept the involvement develop and expand their
skills and experience.
