Director of Registrations & Memberships

OBJECTIVES

• To coordinate and control all physical and online membership and registration records of the Club.
• To ensure the Club’s registration and membership databases are maintained at optimum operational levels.
• To manage all required procedures as stipulated by the VAFA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for membership and registration records of the Club including the maintenance and management of the Club database.
• Compliance with all VAFA requirements in relation to registration procedures and records.
• Facilitates the preparation, production and coordination of all required membership and registration lists.
• Co-ordinate and maintain the integrity of the Club’s databases and records.
• Ensures all player data is kept up to date and functional.
• Administers all player transfers, clearances, etc as directed.
• Liaises particularly with the Football Operations and Player Welfare/Team Support Sub-committees and the Director of Communications to ensure all records are up to date.
• Keep the Committee of Management informed on matters relating to registrations and memberships.
• Attend Committee of Management Meetings and provide regular sub-committee reports.

RELATIONSHIPS

• Reports to the Club Executive and the Committee of Management.

ACCOUNTABILITY
 
• The Director of Registrations and Membership is accountable to the Executive and Committee of Management.
